Jim has been active in the hobby a number of years, and has acted as Goldfish Show Chairman at the Midwest Pond and Koi Society for the past several years.  Recently, Jim was asked to judge at the Louisville Koi Society, and was asked to act as Goldfish Chairman for the 1st MAKC Goldfish Show in Chantilly Virginia.  The picture below shows Jim and his family at the MAKC Goldfish Show.
